The Signals Analyst
A minimum of 10 years experience as a Signals Analyst is required.

The Signals Analyst is responsible for operating signal collection, processing, and analysis equipment; analyzing signals from recordings or in a live environment; collaborating with analysts throughout the Intelligence Community and maintain awareness of analysis projects being worked on a particular signal. The Signal Analyst prepares complex technical reports detailing the analysis results and presents technical briefings on analysis findings to members of the intelligence community in accordance with Government direction and customer requirements.

The Intelligence analyst generates intelligence from data and information derived from foreign signals. Researches, analyzes and presents findings to provide the most complete possible signals intelligence (SIGINT) picture. Prepares written and oral assessments of current events based on the sophisticated collection, research and analysis of both classified and unclassified information. Prepares reports for a variety of audiences that reflect outstanding critical thinking, comprehensive grasp of world events and the information needs of Intelligence Community customers including military, civilian, contractor and Second and Third party personnel. Communicates with other program personnel, government overseers and senior executives.

Provide input to SIGINT collection posture papers
Prioritizes requirements for follow-on tasking within the SIGINT enterprise in response to collection requirements
Develops and coordinates cross-access collection opportunities and strategies
Provides day-to-day technical support to collection managers for the evaluation of requirements and the development of cross-access collection strategies and/or tasking in accordance with established guidelines
10 years of experience in a professional or academic environment.
3 years of experience in producing research and analysis or performance assessments or analyzing resource allocation or assessing satisfaction levels of requirements.
Must be able to assimilate intelligence data from disparate sources and summarize to develop information for further analysis or action.
A Bachelor’s degree is required. Four (4) years of additional IA experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree. A Master’s degree may be substituted for two (2) years of experience.

The SIGINT Development (SIGDEV) Analyst provides analytic support to optimize and develop assigned customer accesses. Conduct research and analysis of collection and collateral data to develop targets of interests and develop analytic strategies. Identify target communications within the global network. The technology focus will be data and voice communications, including DNR (voice/FAX), DNI and other advanced technologies over IP.

Position requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph

Experience in the use of software applications and databases associated with SIGINT target development.
Ability to develop techniques and tools for collecting, evaluating, analyzing, documenting, locating, or presenting information.
Ability to provide SIGDEV support for the purposes of optimizing and developing accesses.
At least 10 years of demonstrated experience in and demonstrated knowledge in SIGINT development analytic support.
Within the last 10 years, at least five 5 of the years of experience must have been with modern digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching system networks, and/or internet communications.

The Pricing Analyst is responsible for developing product costing, quotations, price volumes and contractual elements in development of Government and Commercial proposals.

This position can be in Arlington, VA or Sioux Falls, SD and is a hybrid remote/office role.

Essential Functions
Collect and analyze supplier quotations, standard cost, labor estimates, actual average cost to produce in support of developing product costing.
Develop and maintain product price lists.
Analyze and develop estimates of labor, material, equipment, production, and other direct costs against actual expenses, historical data, or price-to-win data.
Prepare cost proposals IAW the Request for Proposal (RFP), work breakdown structures (WBS), and basis of estimates (BOE).
Participate in pricing strategies for existing and new business opportunities to include business case/profitability analysis.
Assist with price/cost analysis on subcontractor proposals.
Assist and contribute during proposal meetings/discussions and contract negotiations.
Respond to government audit requests and interact with government auditors, including DCAA.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or other related field.
2-3 years experience as a pricing analyst and supplemental agency regulations; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated understanding of FAR Part 15, Federal cost principles and techniques.
Knowledgeable of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Agency FAR Supplements.
Knowledge of contract types T&M, Cost-plus, and Firm-Fixed-Price.
Ability to work independently in a high-volume contracting environment.
Ability to analyze a problem and recommend solutions, problem solving skills.
Ability to communicate both orally and in writing.
