SIMPLE RULES                   Referral Fee Menu

Applicant must be someone I’m not currently representing.

Applicant must have at least 1 year paid I.T. experience.

Applicant must be living in the U.S., Canada or Mexico

Applicant must be a US, Canadian or Mexican Citizen or have a Green Card, an EAD Card, or be able to get an H1 or TN1 Visa

 or have their H1 Visa transferred to my client.

Your name doesn’t have to be mentioned

 

For an employee position I must place the applicant and they must work for my client for at least 120 days without giving notice

 or being terminated.

For a contract position you will be paid $2. an hour for every hour they work. Some contracts last 6 months to more than a year.

Current job opening(s) send me the name of the manager the job reports to, their phone number

 and email address if known and any details on the position.

I must fill the position and they must work for my client for at least 120 days without giving notice or being terminated.

Check will be sent to you on day 120.

 

Just send me their name, phone and or cell numbers, resume (optional) where they live or even just their email address 
and which position(s) they qualify for.  If you just know their name, title and where they’re working, that will do.

I have to place just 4 of your referrals for you to earn $20,000

Refer 3 highly qualified applicants for each of at least 4 positions.

Refer 12 highly qualified applicants for any 6 positions.

Refer 20 SAP applicants even if I don’t have a current job listed for them.

If applicants are highly qualified, it possible to make $20,000 by just referring 6 applicants for 4 jobs.

After I have placed three of your referrals, I will start paying you $7,000. for each referral I place starting with

number four. Starting salary must be $80K or higher or a $5,000 fee will be paid.  95% of my jobs pay $90K – 150K

Earn $2. an hour for every hour they work including overtime. 40 hours a week would be a $320. a month

referral fee. Contracts can last from 1 month to 3+ years

Refer an open I.T. employee job(s) (employee salary should be $80K and above) and you will earn $2,000 
for each one of the positions I fill.  Must include at least the job title, some job details preferred and who the position 
 reports to.

Refer an open job and the applicant to fill the job and you will earn a $8,000 if I fill the position with the applicant you refer.
