Hyperion Planning or HFM Finance Consultant  many needed  80K-150K plus bonus plus sign on

Travel:  80% (Monday - Thursday)

Hands-on experience (technical + functional) implementing Hyperion Planning, HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) and Essbase

Prepare for and help facilitate / support application design sessions related to database structure, business rules, reports and security.

Document system design requirements according to business needs.

Configure planning application components, including databases, rules, calc scripts, reports, security and process management modules.

Lead / support individual work streams associated with a planning implementations. Examples include: Test Cycle Lead, Application Configuration and Unit Testing Lead, Training Lead and Budgeting/Forecasting Process Lead 

Assist with data conversion and interfacing activities, including testing and tying out data

Preparation of key deliverables such as design documents, test documentation, training materials and administration/procedural guides.

Support deployment of planning applications 

Ability to meet travel requirements, up to 100%

Basic Qualifications:

Hyperion implementation experience

Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of implementation experience with Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Financial Management, or Hyperion Strategic Finance

Minimum 1 year of experience as team lead or project manager

 

HCM (PY, eRec, LSO, ESS/MSS, Time – no one should just have OM/PA) – need 9 candidates

AIMS (MDM, BI, BOBJ) – need 11 candidates

 

Payroll       - Analyst - Manager level

PA / OM     - Analyst - Manager level

ESS/MSS (with Process and Forms)   - Analyst - Manager level

SAP HCM Global/Comprehensive Management and functional skills   - Sr. Manager level

eRecruiting    - Analyst- Manager level

Tax Expert - Consultant- Manager level

LSO (e-Learning) and Performance Management (not just PD, new releases on Perf Mgmt EhP 4+)  -  Analyst - Manager level
